Here is my weight watchers journey so far... I am in month 2 of my weight loss journey!
My weight loss journey so far has been an incredible one. I did weight watchers once before and choose to do a personal trainer instead so I cancelled the membership. The personal trainer I lost inches, but in 6 months I lost no weight. My losing weight was a huge reason why I started. This round has been wonderful. From January 5th until February 27th I have lost a total of 20 pounds. And I am even down some inches as well.
I stick with my points and I really eat what I want to I just make sure it fits within my point range. I am loving it and it is keeping me motivated to reach my goal weight. I have a long road ahead of me, but the motivation to get down to where I need to be is there!
I am enjoying trying new recipes and have fallen in love with a couple as well... so has my husband :) So, this round has been really great. I also got a fitbit which counts how many steps I do during the day. It was set at 10,000 but I changed it to 5,000 for now...
