Today was my weigh in day. I am back down to my 21 pounds weight loss so far. One thing I have realized over the last few weeks of fluctuations with my weight loss, is that I will have good weigh in days and not so good weigh in days. There will be reasons for the fluctuations like certain times of the months, going out to dinner and eating maybe a bite too much that shouldn't have, etc. I know these reasons and I am okay with them. I just know if I eat out, it will normally always hinder my results for that week. That doesn't mean that the next week won't be down... just means I have to work hard to get better results.
